Support Circles
Some parts of grief need to be shared.
Some grief needs to be spoken around people who understand.
Support Circles are small, facilitated groups for adults navigating loss, caregiving, anticipatory grief, or life after a role has changed.
You may speak. You may listen. Both count.
What Support Circles Offer
These support groups are not about fixing grief or finding the right words. They are about being witnessed, listening, and being listened to. They are about recognizing yourself in someone else’s story and remembering that what you’re carrying makes sense.
Together, we notice how grief is showing up in daily life, emotionally, physically, and relationally, allowing space for it without judgment.
Clarity doesn’t come from forcing it to make sense. It comes from understanding what you’re carrying.
Joining a Circle
Some people use group support on its own. Others realize they need a more private space and move into 1:1 coaching.
Both are valid.
All current support groups are virtual and free to attend.
