Support Circles

Some parts of grief need to be shared.

Grief support groups offer a steady, welcoming space to sit with others who understand loss from the inside. Whether you are navigating death, anticipatory grief, caregiving changes, or another life transition, these groups provide structured community for adults living with loss.

You don’t need to explain your grief, soften it, or carry it alone. In our online groups, your experience is held within community, at your pace and in your own way.

What Support Groups Offer

These groups are not about fixing grief or finding the right words. They are about being witnessed, listening, and being listened to. They are about recognizing yourself in someone else’s story and remembering that what you’re carrying makes sense.

Together, we notice how grief is showing up in daily life, emotionally, physically, and relationally, allowing space for it without judgment. Many people find that virtual groups provide consistency and connection when in-person options feel overwhelming.

Joining a Group

For some, group support is enough. For others, participating in a group makes it clear that a more private space would help. When that feels true, 1:1 grief coaching offers dedicated time to focus more closely on your story.

All current support groups are virtual and free to attend. In-person groups, both free and paid, will open soon, offering additional ways to gather when you’re ready.
