Designed for adults navigating death, anticipatory grief, caregiving exhaustion, or major life transitions, these gatherings create room to move through grief at a slower pace.

A retreat is not about fixing pain or pushing toward resolution. It is structured time for reflection, guided conversation, rest, and connection with others who understand grief from the inside. Shared meals, quiet time, and facilitated dialogue allow what you are carrying to surface without urgency.
