1:1 grief coaching gives you a steady place to talk about what caregiving, loss, illness, or major change has done to your life.

You do not need to organize the story first.

We start with what feels most present.

Is Grief Coaching Right for You?

Grief coaching may be right for you if:

  • You are caring for a parent, spouse, or loved one whose health is changing.

  • You are grieving someone who is still alive.

  • Caregiving has ended, but your body still feels on alert.

  • You feel disoriented after loss.

  • You are carrying anger, relief, guilt, exhaustion, or numbness and do not know what to do with it.

  • You need support that is structured, private, and practical.

Working Together

Coaching is offered through a 12-session program, with ongoing sessions available when needed.

• 50-minute Zoom session
• Space to talk through what is happening now
• Language for what feels hard to name
• Reflection prompts when helpful
