About Grief Clarity Labs

Hi, I’m Caroline.

I’m a grief educator and coach supporting those living with anticipatory grief, caregiver grief, and life after loss.

My work began in my own family.

For more than a decade, I helped care for my mother as Alzheimer’s changed her life, and ours. I learned how grief can begin while someone is still alive. I also learned how caregiving changes your body, your decisions, your relationships, and your sense of self.

After her death, the role ended.

The impact did not.

How I Got Here

For years, my life was shaped by responsibility.

Appointments. Safety decisions. Phone calls. Watching for changes. Trying to stay present with someone I loved while losing parts of her along the way.

After my mother died, and after several other losses close together, the structure that had held my life in place disappeared.

I built Grief Clarity Labs for people living inside that kind of change.

Understanding Grief

Grief does not always begin at death.

Sometimes it begins with a diagnosis. A repeated question. A role reversal. A decision you were not ready to make.

That understanding shapes everything I do at Grief Clarity Labs.

Ways to Find Support

This is not therapy. It is structured grief support grounded in conversation, community, and steady guidance. At Grief Clarity Labs, I offer:
