About Grief Clarity Labs

Hi, I’m Caroline.

I’m a grief educator and coach supporting caregivers, adult children, and those navigating anticipatory grief and life after loss.

My understanding of grief began through caregiving. Like many caregivers, I began grieving long before the final goodbye. That experience changed how I understand loss and the kind of support people truly need.

How I Got Here

Jersey girl at heart, artist, animal lover, author, and certified grief educator. I created Grief Clarity Labs as a grief-coaching and support community based in New Jersey, serving clients online worldwide.

My path into grief work began while caring for my mother as she lived with Alzheimer’s. Watching someone you love slowly change creates a kind of grief that few people talk about. Love, exhaustion, responsibility, relief, and loss can coexist.

Through that experience, I saw how little space exists for honest conversations about grief, both anticipatory and after loss.

Grief Clarity Labs was created to offer that space.

The Book

Living Beside the Leaving:
A Daughter’s Story of Alzheimer’s, Caregiving, and Loss

Over a decade of caring for my mother through Alzheimer’s shaped much of this work.

I wrote about that journey in this book, which explores the quieter realities of caregiving and anticipatory grief, the moments of love, uncertainty, exhaustion, and the slow awareness that someone you love is changing.

Understanding Grief

Grief is not something to fix.

It is a natural response to attachment, love, and change.

What people often need most is not advice or solutions, but space to speak honestly about what has happened and what has changed.

Community plays an important role in this work. Being in the presence of others who understand loss can make grief easier to carry and easier to understand.

Ways to Find Support

This is not therapy. It is structured grief support grounded in conversation, community, and steady guidance. At Grief Clarity Labs, I offer:

Option 1: 1:1 Support
Option 2: Join a Virtual Support Circle
Option 3: Click the button below to schedule a 15-Minute discovery conversation.
