Hi, I’m Caroline Shelby.
Jersey girl at heart, artist, animal lover, and certified grief coach. I created Grief Clarity Labs as a compassionate community for those navigating loss. Here, you don’t have to grieve alone. This is a place to pause, to be witnessed, and to find connection with others who understand. Through gentle conversation, group circles, and coaching, we explore how to live with loss — not by moving on, but by moving together. Grief may change us, but within community we discover clarity, resilience, and the quiet reminder that love still lives here.
How I Got Here
My path has been shaped by both my work in training and facilitation, and my own deeply personal experiences with grief. Those moments changed how I move through the world. They taught me to slow down, listen deeply, and make space for loss instead of resisting it.
I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t take pain away — it helps us hold it with more compassion. Grief changes us, but it also opens the possibility for connection, empathy, and love — especially when we share the journey with others who understand.
What We Do
At Grief Clarity Labs, I bring people together through:
Coaching and conversation that honor your unique story.
Support groups and community circles that remind you that you’re not alone in your grief.
Workshops, and talks that explore how loss reshapes our hearts and our sense of meaning.
Retreats that provide not just rest from the chaos, but a chance to reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with your healing journey.
This isn’t about “moving on.”
It’s about moving together — discovering strength, connection, and belonging within the experience of loss.
Our Mission
To build a grounded, compassionate community where grief is witnessed, not fixed —
where stories are shared with honesty,
and where no one has to feel alone in their loss.
A place where you can feel seen, supported, and connected
as you find clarity in the chaos of grief and learn to live with love alongside loss.
My Approach
I believe healing begins with being seen, heard, and held in compassionate community. Our approach blends gentle coaching, shared reflection, and restorative spaces — from intimate circles to immersive retreats — where grief can unfold without judgment. Through connection and clarity, we learn not to escape the pain, but to carry it with love and meaning..
Individual
Together, we slow down and make room for your experience — the emotions, the confusion, and even the silence. Through conversation, reflection, and guided exercises, I help you find clarity about what your grief is asking of you and how to live alongside it with more clarity and self-compassion.
Groups
Grief can make the world feel small — like no one could possibly understand what you’re carrying. But you don’t have to walk through it alone. These groups aren’t about fixing or finding quick answers. They’re about being witnessed, supported, and reminded that healing happens in connection — one honest conversation at a time.
